OK, so it's not really an application, it's simply a Participation Agreement so that everyone is clear on the responsibilities we all have.
We have developed an agreement for each of the groups we are offering, as sometimes we get extra fundraising dollars, sometimes we get some other goodies, etc.
We have listed below each of the upcoming cruises that correspond to the list on the right. Simply click on the link below, print the agreement and fax or mail it to our offices at the numbers at the bottom of this page.
We will also put your logo and link on this website for the cruise you are co-hosting, so once your agreement has been sent in, please send your logo and the link we should use to: Scott@TheCruisePlace.com
We will also send you back the specific link you should
use for the cruise you choose and a selection of banners
and/or logos for use on your Club website.
